Don't miss the opportunity to listen
to the 2021 Cassandra conference experts!

We are also pleased to inform you that the repository of the video content of 2021 Cassandra is already available, in case you have missed one of the interesting and lively panels.

On behalf of EURECAT, the Technology Centre of Catalonia, with the support of UNESCO, the European Commission, the World Alliance for Water Quality, the Union for the Mediterranean, the World Bank, and the African Council of Ministers for Water we would like to share with you our pleasure at having organised the 2021 Cassandra Conference.

This, the first edition, has been a real challenge and we are delighted to have had the opportunity to present a number of scientific, technological, and socio-political answers to the challenges presented by climate change and its effects on health, migration, conflict, and gender inequality in the Mediterranean.

This is an initiative designed to demonstrate that the research sector must accept its responsibility to enter into a permanent dialogue with social and political stakeholders and establish synergies with society as a whole, in order to address the potentially dramatic effects of Climate Change in the Mediterranean.

We are waiting for you at Cassandra 2023!
